The 26th Guangzhou Fair will be held from Aug 25th to 28th at at the Canton Fair Complex. The event will host about 8,000 booths over an area of nearly 150,000 km². Visitors can not only purchase excellent branded products from home and abroad, but also seek out new business opportunities.

This annual event is held in order to boost economic growth, business partnerships, and cultural exchange between different world cities, according to the organizer.
Spread across three exhibition halls products showce brands from more than 40 cities in China and 33 overseas cities twinned with Guangzhou.
In the International City and Commodity Exhibition (Hall 4.2 in Area A), cities like Bangkok and Fukuoka will display their specialties including agricultural products, jewelry, leather goods and other handicrafts.
Also, the event is organised into six exhibitions on specific themes, varying from food and beverages, fishery to high-tech industries.
Highlighting cutting-edge achievements in different fields, it will allow visitors to experience and enjoy the advanced technology, products and services on display.
For instance, the International Rail Transit Industry Exhibition (Hall 1.1 in Area A) has attracted top global manufacturers including Division Railway Systems from Austria and the Olympus Corporation from Japan, both exhibiting the latest rail transit equipment and solutions.
Last year, over 190,000 people attended the fair and contracts worth over 156 billion yuan were signed off on, thanks to trade partnerships established.
